Chris Kelly is the CEO of HomeServices of America. Chris helps navigate HomeServices and its 40,000+ agents operating across the United States.
He is a 20+ year veteran of the real estate industry, starting his career as a real estate and financial services attorney before joining HomeServices in 2007.
Chris is deeply committed to supporting the growth of every real estate leader and professional. He has served on the National Association of Realtors Real Estate Services (RES) Advisory Board since 2019 and has been recognized as a Top Executive in the annual Swanepoel Power 200 of real estate leaders since 2020.

Arun is a former Wall Street investment banker at Prudential Securities who has primarily focused on healthcare and real estate initiatives. Arun began his own firm, White Lotus Group, in 2003. Under Arun's management, White Lotus Group continues to facilitate projects throughout the Midwest encompassing a variety of asset classes totaling millions of square feet.
Beyond actively managing White Lotus Group’s development activities, Arun invests in our community by serving on: Omaha Chamber of Commerce Board, Bemis Contemporary Arts Board, Omaha Symphony and the YMCA of Greater Omaha. He also serves as a corporate board member for Scienture, Inc., Nevakar, Inc. and Ronco Construction.
Fred Hunzeker | GUEST PANELIST
Former CEO, Tenaska and National Advisory Board Member, The Salvation Army

Fred Hunzeker retired from his role as chief executive officer (CEO) of Tenaska Marketing Group (TMG) on Oct. 1, 2021. As CEO of TMG, Fred provided oversight to Tenaska's energy marketing companies. He will remain an active member of Tenaska’s Board of Stakeholders and will continue as a member of the TMG management committee.
Previously, Fred served as president and CEO of Tenaska’s natural gas marketing business, Tenaska Marketing Ventures (TMV). For nearly 30 years, Fred led TMV’s extraordinary growth, from a small natural gas marketing company to one of the top five marketers in North America.
Fred’s leadership over the years focused on relationship building and delivering solutions, value, and reliability to customers. Under Fred’s direction, TMV built a culture and reputation within the natural gas industry of providing its customers with exceptional service. In recognition of his leadership, Tenaska is honored to announce that Fred has been named a finalist for the 2021 S&P Global Platts – Global Energy Lifetime Achievement Award.
Johnny Rodgers | GUEST PANELIST
University of Nebraska, Football 1970-1972

Johnny Rodgers is a Nebraska football legend whose electrifying play on the field and indomitable spirit have forever etched his name into the annals of college football history. Born on July 5, 1951, in Omaha, Nebraska, Rodgers grew up with a passion for the game that would soon become his ticket to greatness.
Rodgers’s most iconic moment came during the 1972 Heisman Trophy ceremony when he was awarded the prestigious honor, becoming the first Nebraska player to win the Heisman. His winning season included a record-breaking punt return against Oklahoma in the “Game of the Century,” a play that still resonates with football fans today.
In addition to his Heisman Trophy, Johnny Rodgers earned numerous accolades during his college career, including All-American honors and the Walter Camp Award. His contributions to Nebraska football helped elevate the program to national prominence.
Beyond his on-field achievements, Johnny Rodgers has continued to be a positive force in the community, mentoring young athletes and advocating for education and youth development programs. He remains an enduring symbol of excellence both on and off the football field.
Tommie Frazier | GUEST PANELIST
University of Nebraska, Football 1992-1995

A legend among legends in a long line of transcendent Big Eight quarterbacks, Tommie Frazier helped College Football Hall of Fame coach Tom Osborne and Nebraska to back-to-back perfect national championship seasons in 1994 and 1995. He becomes the 16th Cornhusker to enter the College Football Hall of Fame.
The 1995 consensus First-Team All-American and Johnny Unitas Award winner was runner-up for the 1995 Heisman Trophy and a finalist for the Walter Camp and Maxwell awards. Frazier led Nebraska to four consecutive bowl appearances, claiming MVP honors in the 1995 Orange and 1996 Fiesta bowls en route to the national title. Frazier missed seven games during the 1994 season due to blood clots, but the junior was able to return and direct Nebraska’s come-from-behind win over Miami in the national title game. The 1995 Big Eight Player of the Year set a conference record with a 33-3 overall career record as a starter. Frazier won the Big Eight title in all four of his seasons, posting three straight years of undefeated league play.
Frazier played for the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League in 1996 before trying his hand at the coaching profession. He coached at Baylor and Nebraska before being named the 32nd head coach at Doane College (Neb.), spending two seasons at the school.
Coached by legendary Hall of Famer Tom Osborne, Frazier was named to Sports Illustrated’s All-Century Team, and his jersey has been retired by Nebraska. Following his football days, the Bradenton, Fla., native settled in Omaha, Neb., where he works for a healthcare foundation.
